Some expert tips for putting them in

1. Always wash your hands
Clean your hands with soap, then dry your hands with a clean, lint-free towel.

2. Create a routine
Like shoes, your contacts have a left and a right – so try to stick to the same routine, where you do the same eye first and the other second.

3. Remember the order
Wear your lenses before applying makeup and remove them before taking off makeup. Be careful when using cosmetics, lotions, and soap as they may cause irritation if they come into contact with your eyes.

4. Blink three times
Once your lens is applied, remember to blink two or three times as it helps to settle the lens and make you feel like everything is in the right place.
Some expert tips for putting them in

1. Make it bright
Stand in front of well-lit mirror or in bright bathroom to make it easier for you to see and remove your contact lenses.

2. Rewet your eyes
Rewetting drops can make it easier to lift the lens from your eye. Add one or two drops before starting.

3. Keeping eyes open
To make removal easy, hold your eyelids open by pulling your upper eyelid up and lower eyelid down with your middle fingers.

4. Do the slide
Use your index finger to slide the lens down to the white of your eye and pinch the lens to remove it.
*Eye exam may be required. Professional fees may apply.
