Powers +4.00 to +0.25D in 0.25 steps:
- cylinder -0.75 to -1.75 in 0.5D steps, and axes 10°, 20°, 70° to 110° in 10° steps, 160° to 180° in 10° steps
- cylinder -2.25D, and axes 10°, 20°, 160° to 180° in 10° steps
Powers 0.00 to -6.00D in 0.25 steps:
- cylinder -0.75 to -1.75 in 0.50D steps, and around the clock axes in 10° steps
- cylinder -2.25D, and axes 10°, 20°, 70° to 110° in 10° steps, 160° to 180° in 10° steps
Powers -6.50 to -8.00D in 0.50 steps:
- cylinder -0.75 to -1.75 in 0.5D steps, and axes 10°, 20°, 70° to 110° in 10° steps, 160° to 180° in 10° steps
- cylinder -2.25D, and axes 10°, 20°, 160° to 180° in 10° steps
